Maison Sans Égal pieces are released in limited quantities and produced with intention. Please review the information below carefully before placing an order.
Shipping
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery
United Kingdom
UK orders are delivered via tracked next working day delivery after dispatch.
International
International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on destination.
Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
Maison Sans Égal is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier. If an order is missing following delivery confirmation, customers must contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Final Sale Policy
Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@maisonsansegal.com, including your order number and clear images of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement where available. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted on unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn or washed items, products without original tags or original packaging, limited releases marked as final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
